On Saturday evening, Hampton Roads came out to enjoy a night full of excitement at the 37th Annual Grand Illumination Parade in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Traffic was definitely heavy, bumper to bumper. The streets were filled with families and spectators, from near and far, enjoying the night in anticipation of the upcoming holiday season!
